Check In & Check Out

Check In – 3pm Check Out – 11am

Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm, but if you’re hoping to arrive earlier than that just let us know and we’ll do our best to have your room ready for you sooner! Checking in after hours? No problem! If you are arriving after 6:00pm, please contact the Front Desk at 413.298.5545 to review our after hours check in procedure.

Booking & Cancellations

We take bookings online. Or over the phone at at 413.298.5545 Your credit card will hold the reservation and may be charged up to 48 hours prior to your stay. There will be a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 2 days prior to your arrival date, by 3pm. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night’s room rate and tax.

Pets

We gladly welcome our guests traveling with pets. Briarcliff does not charge a standard pet fee, but the cost of any excess cleaning or damage repair will be charged to the credit card on file for the room. Please remember these policies for pets:

  • Be sure to clean up after your pet. We supply poop bags at the Front Desk. Please dispose of your pet dropping in the trash cans located in the shed at the north end of the building.
  • Please do not allow pets on the beds in the rooms.
  • No grooming/bathing of pets in your room.
  • Please be sure you take your pets out in enough time so there are no accidents in the room. If your pet does have an accident, please report it to the Front Desk.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times when you are walking outside. Be considerate of other guests, not everyone is a pet person.
  • Please do not let your pets use the flower or plant areas to relieve themselves.
  • Pets are not allowed in the lobby during breakfast hours; 7:30am – 10:00am daily.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the room and its contents.
