Ramblewood Eco-Active Tour

See the forest for the trees! Learn about Sustainable Full Forestry ™ while flying high through the pristine Berkshires tree canopy on our fun and informative Eco-Active Tour.

Feronia Forests, Ramblewild’s parent company, offers amazing insight into sustainable business practices, teaching guests about responsible land management while making use of the living resource that is the forest. You’ll start this half-day adventure with a tour of Feronia’s 1400-acre property in Ramblewild’s retro-fitted military vehicle. Along the way you’ll learn about maple syrup production and tour a 7,000-tap sugar bush, and at the top of Brodie Mountain you’ll visit the Berkshire Wind Project turbines and discuss renewable energy.

After that you’ll hike down the hill to Ramblewild’s Aerial Adventure Park, where you’ll get a new perspective on conscientious forest use by climbing and flying through the trees. Ramblewild’s 8 aerial trails are built within a 10-acre hemlock grove and offer excitement, challenge and personal growth for adventurers of all kinds. This tour is educational and informative, but also physically demanding, and helps provide a complete perspective on Feronia’s use of this beautiful New England forest. All tours include a bottle of Mission: Maple Syrup produced on the property. $99 per person.
