Check In & Check Out

Check In – 3pm Check Out – 11am

Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm, but if you’re hoping to arrive earlier than that just let us know and we’ll do our best to have your room ready for you sooner! Checking in after hours? No prob!em. If you are arriving after 6:00pm, please contact the Front Desk at 413.528.3000 to review our after hours check in procedure.

Booking & Cancellations

We take bookings online. Or over the phone at at 413.528.3000. The first night’s stay, including tax, is required as a deposit at the time of booking to secure a reservation. There will be a full refund of your deposit if you cancel more than seven days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within seven days of your arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pets

We gladly welcome our guests traveling with pets. There will be a $20 fee per night for each pet. Please remember these policies for pets:

  • Be sure to clean up after your pet. We supply poop bags at the Front Desk. Please dispose of your pet dropping in the trash cans located in the shed at the north end of the building.
  • Please do not allow pets on the beds in the rooms.
  • No grooming/bathing of pets in your room.
  • Please be sure you take your pets out in enough time so there are no accidents in the room. If your pet does have an accident, please report it to the Front Desk.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times when you are walking outside. Be considerate of other guests, not everyone is a pet person.
  • Please do not let your pets use the flower or plant areas to relieve themselves.
  • Pets are not allowed in the lobby during breakfast hours; 7:30am – 10:00am daily.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the room and its contents.
